Qualcomm is hiring an Associate Support Engineer to join its Engineering Services Group in Hyderabad. Operating at the direct foundation of Qualcomm's product development lifecycle, this engineering services role is designed for adaptive technical professionals eager to work closely with silicon and system design engineers. You will execute essential hardware and software modifications, apply low-level debugging patterns to isolate system bugs, and assist in monitoring product reliability. Moving beyond theoretical textbook definitions, you will handle physical lab environments, install and configure complex internal components, gather analytical data to track technical specifications, and ensure absolute operational efficiency across product delivery streams.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a strictly related hardware/software technical domain.
• Foundation or technical familiarity with digital hardware, platform software, or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging signals.
• Baseline exposure working inside a professional engineering lab or hardware testing environment.
• Ability to execute technical modifications, upgrade system components, install proprietary company products, and perform routine revisions of intricate circuitry boards.
• Capable of collecting, parsing, and formatting basic telemetry data and functional information from multiple internal engineering sources to evaluate system specifications.
• Demonstrated comfort working under structured engineering supervision, executing individual project deadlines, and maintaining strict adherence to company security policies regarding the absolute protection of proprietary confidential data.
